Toyota has introduced a premium version of the Etios Liva with a dual-colour paint scheme as a limited edition model.
Toyota Kirloskar Motor has now launched a limited edition Etios Liva with a dual-tone option. The limited edition variant’s main highlight is the dual-tone paint scheme, but additionally, it gets other features as well while being based on the VX and VXD variants.
The Etios Liva Dual Tone Limited Edition will only be offered in a single colour option called ‘Super White’. In this trim, the top half of the car is finished in black, while the bottom half is finished in white. In addition, it also gets red highlights on the front grille, the fog lamp surrounding and the door handles. At the back, Toyota has also equipped it with a roof spoiler, 10-spoke diamond-cut alloy wheels and some graphics on the doors as well.
The interior also gets similar treatment with red accents around the ac-vents and on the knob of the gear lever. The Dual Tone Limited Edition version also gets a 6.8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with a reversing camera. Dual airbags, ABS with EBD is offered as standard equipment in the Etios Liva.
As for engine options, both petrol and diesel variants from the standard production model will be offered with the limited edition trim. The 1.2-litre, 4-cylinder petrol engine comes mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox and is capable of generating 79bhp and 104Nm of torque. As for the diesel options, the Liva Dual Tone will get the 1.4-litre, turbocharged 4-cylinder motor which can develop 67bhp and 170Nm of torque. This engine also comes with a 5-speed manual transmission.
Toyota has priced the Etios Liva Dual Tone Limited Edition for ₹6.5 lakh for the petrol model, while the diesel variant is priced at ₹7.6 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).
