Toyota Century GRMN SUV: Key Highlights
Compared to the standard Century SUV, the GRMN version has a lower overall stance and unique features. It includes a distinctive body kit with several exposed carbon-fiber elements, a front splitter with the Century logo, gloss black 22-inch alloy wheels, and sliding back doors. Although there is no official confirmation, the design specifications of the prototype will likely be transferred to the production model.
Toyota has not revealed powertrain or hardware details, but the production-spec performance-oriented Century SUV is speculated to come with a sportier chassis with improved suspension, steering, and brakes. For the uninitiated, the Century SUV’s standard version packs a 3.5-litre V6 plug-in hybrid powertrain that churns out 400bhp with an e-CVT gearbox. It has the company's E-Four Advanced AWD system. With its emphasis on performance, the SUV with the GRMN label may gain additional power to compete with premium SUVs such as the Aston Martin DBX707, the Mercedes-AMG G63, and the Lamborghini Urus on the international scene.
