The Toyota Camry Hybrid will be launched in India tomorrow, offering a mix of luxury and fuel efficiency with its hybrid powertrain. The carmaker recently shared several teaser images on its social media and website ahead of the launch. The new-gen Camry, which made its global debut in November last year, is already on sale in multiple international markets. This ninth-gen model combines a smooth driving experience with improved fuel economy, making it an attractive option for those seeking a more sustainable luxury sedan. The Camry Hybrid will feature a modern design, advanced safety features, and a comfortable, well-equipped interior. As the demand for hybrid vehicles grows in India, the Camry Hybrid is set to become a strong contender in the luxury sedan market.

Toyota Camry Hybrid: Platform and Powertrain
The most recent teaser offers a sneak peek of the new model, accompanied by the slogan "Elegance at Every Glance." Built on the TNGA-K platform, the upcoming model shows strikingly distinct design elements compared to its predecessor.
The new Camry will keep its 2.5-litre hybrid engine, available in both front-wheel and all-wheel-drive configurations. The front-wheel-drive model is equipped with two electric motors at the front, producing a total of 222bhp. The AWD variant adds an extra motor at the rear, bringing the combined output to 229bhp. Both variants are paired with an eCVT automatic transmission. The brand has not yet disclosed details about the battery capacity or the vehicle's all-electric range.
Toyota Camry Hybrid: Design
Design has consistently been one of the Camry's strongest points, and Toyota plans to maintain this focus. Exterior-wise, the Camry will feature subtle design changes compared to the current Indian-spec model.
Teasers reveal sleeker LED headlights, C-shaped DRLs, a new grille with horizontal slats, and a redesigned bumper with larger air intakes. The 19-inch alloy wheels will sport a new design, and the sloping roofline remains. At the rear, there will be new wraparound LED taillights.
