Tata Motors has ignited the excitement of automotive enthusiasts by offering a tantalizing glimpse into the forthcoming Harrier facelift. While rumours about advance bookings by dealers had been circulating around, the official start of advance bookings is set for October 6, 2023. The Harrier's interior and exterior have both been completely redesigned as part of this update. Along with the announcement of the booking date, Tata Motors also released an intriguing teaser video, giving us a glimpse of the marvel that is to come in the form of this midsize SUV. In the teaser, the SUV's sleek profile gently hints at its strong exterior. The front is adorned with a striking light bar design and sequential LED DRLs that connect together. You can see the split LED headlamp design when you look closely, and it's tastefully integrated into the new bumper and grille.

Looking at the overall package, the 2024 Tata Harrier is a model of progressive design. Its front fascia features an impressive LED lighting bar that runs the length of the vehicle. The vertically oriented split headlamp cluster displays a fascinating array of illumination components, all neatly placed one below the other. Notably, the wing mirrors are integrated into this dazzling light show, and the bar also functions as sequential turn indicators.

This only scratches the surface of the external upgrades. This visual harmony is the result of several factors, including newly designed alloy wheels, fresh colour schemes, and an upgraded rear with redesigned LED tail lamps and bumper, thanks to the various spy shots available online. The inside features several decorations that were inspired by the new Nexon. Some of the highlights include a redesigned two-spoke steering wheel with an illuminated Tata emblem and touch-based controls for temperature operations.
Tata Harrier Facelift: Expected Features
When it comes to standard equipment, the updated Harrier is expected to set a new benchmark. One of the most notable features is a large touchscreen infotainment system, rumoured to be about 12.3 inches in size. The dashboard has been rethought from the ground up and now has an all-digital cluster with navigation support.
The advanced driver-assistance suite combines features like a panoramic sunroof, a blind spot monitor, automatic climate control, cruise control, a 360-degree surround camera, a wireless charger, a new gear lever, an air purifier for a breath of fresh air, ambient lighting to set the mood, and a 360-degree surround camera to make every drive safe and relaxing.

Tata Harrier Facelift: Expected Engine
The redesigned Harrier maintains the same reliable core despite its striking new appearance. This SUV is probably going to be powered by a 2.0-litre Kryotec diesel engine that has been paired with a six-speed manual and an automatic torque converter unit. A new 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine, though, may soon join the Harrier's available powertrains, according to rumours.
