Tata Curvv Smart, Pure, Creative, Accomplished Variants Explained: What's Different?
The Tata Curvv will come in four broad trims – Smart, Pure, Creative, and Accomplished. Read on to see what each variant offers.
Tata Motors is set to announce the pricing of the Curvv coupe-SUV on September 2, 2024. However, the company had already released the exterior, interior and powertrain details. The Tata Curvv borrows design cues from the Nexon on which it is based and, at the same time, it gets a sloping roofline, which sets it apart from rivals like the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, and the Honda Elevate. The coupe-SUV also features a segment-first powered tailgate, while the pop-out flush door handles are a first for a Tata model. The interior of the Tata Curvv too closely resembles the Nexon, except for a dual-tone burgundy-and-black theme as well as a four-spoke steering wheel borrowed from the Harrier.
At launch, the Tata Curvv will come in four broad trims – Smart, Pure, Creative, and Accomplished. It will directly rival the newly launched Citroen Basalt. We expect the pricing of the Curvv to range between Rs 10 lakh and Rs 11 lakh. The prices are ex-showroom.

Tata Curvv: Powertrain
The Curvv is based on Tata's new vehicle architecture, ATLAS (Adaptive Tech Forward Lifestyle Architecture), which supports multiple engine options. Under the hood, the Curvv gets three engine options – 1.2-litre direct injection turbocharged petrol (Hyperion), 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine (Revotron), and 1.5-litre diesel (Kryotec). All three engines are mated to a 6-speed manual (standard) and an optional 7-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox.
The less powerful turbo-petrol engine can be had with all except the Accomplished+ A, while the more powerful Hyperion engine is available with the Creative S, Creative+ S, Accomplished S and the Accomplished+ A. The diesel engine, on the other hand, comes with all variants.
