The production-spec Tata Curvv SUV Coupe has been seen testing without any camouflage shortly after its official unveiling. As you can see in the images, the spotted model is the ICE variant, which seems to be draped in a Daytona Grey colour, also found on other Tata Models. The SUV Coupe features split LED headlights, a broad, robust front bumper, squared-off wheel arches, a sloping roofline, a connected tail light setup, flush door handles, a silver-finished faux-skid plate, flower petal-shaped alloy wheels, and chrome-finished Curvv logo. As previously reported, the prices of the Curvv EV will be announced first on August 7, 2024, followed by the ICE variant sometime later. Until then, let's look at some details of the upcoming SUV Coupe in India.

Tata Curvv: Powertrain

Although the official powertrain specs are currently unknown, industry reports indicate that Tata Motors will offer two engine options for the ICE-powered Curvv: a 1.5-litre diesel and a 1.2-litre GDi turbocharged petrol. The former produces 113bhp and 260Nm, while the latter generates 123bhp and 225Nm. While the turbocharged petrol engine is available with a six-speed manual or a seven-speed DCT, the diesel mill can be paired with either a six-speed MT or a six-speed AT.

The Curvv EV, on the other hand, is expected to be offered in two configurations (Standard Range and Long Range), with a range of more than 500 kilometres on a single charge.

Tata Curvv: Interior and Features

The Curvv's interior wasn't visible in the latest spy shots. Market reports and spy pictures, however, suggest that the model will have a dashboard similar to the Nexon, with minor improvements. It is expected to feature a 12.3-inch touchscreen, a 10.25-inch fully digital driver’s display, ventilated front seats, wireless charging, a two-spoke steering wheel with an illuminated logo, and a panoramic sunroof. The Curvv will likely include a 360-degree camera with a blind view monitor, electronic stability control (ESC), six airbags, and advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) for safety.
