With its unique appearance that embodies the brand's defining aesthetic, Tata Motors' Curvv EV has drawn attention since it arrived in the Indian market. The coupe SUV has a striking grille and sleek LED headlights, giving it a futuristic appearance. It is presently the company's most expensive passenger EV in India, and it will likely stay that way until the Harrier EV makes an early 2025 debut. Notably, the bookings for the Tata model are now open. Tata Curvv EV vs Nexon EV Spec Comparison: Price
The price range for the Tata Curvv EV is Rs 17.49 lakh to Rs 21.99 lakh. The Tata Nexon EV, meanwhile, is priced between Rs 14.49 lakh and Rs 19.29 lakh. All mentioned prices are ex-showroom figures. The Curvv EV and Nexon EV have similar prices. The mid-spec Curvv EV is priced similarly to the top-of-the-line Nexon EV variant if you wish to bring home one.
Tata Curvv EV vs Nexon EV Spec Comparison: Dimensions
Although the Tata Curvv EV and the Nexon EV have some design aspects in common, their sizes are quite distinct. With a wheelbase of 2,560mm, the Curvv EV measures 4,308mm in length, 1,810mm in width, and 1,630mm in height. The Nexon EV, in contrast, has a wheelbase of 2,498mm and measures 3,995mm in length, 1,804mm in width, and 1,620mm in height.
Besides this, the Curvv EV boasts bigger wheel sizes (17- and 18-inch) than the Nexon (16-inch). While the Nexon EV has regular door handles, the Curvv EV has flush-fitting door handles – a first for a Tata vehicle.
Tata Curvv EV vs Nexon EV Spec Comparison: Mechanical Setup
The 45kWh and 55kWh battery pack configurations are available for the Tata Curvv EV. A 165bhp electric motor is included with both battery pack configurations. While the 45kWh battery pack type gives 425km of range on a full charge, the 55kWh battery pack equipped Curvv EV boasts up to 585km of certified range on a single charge. These two variations' respective real-world ranges would be 502km and 350km. According to Tata Motors, the Curvv EV can charge sufficiently in 15 minutes to travel 150km. To maximise range, the Curvv EV also has four-step regen braking. Tata Motors further claims the Curvv EV has a top speed of 160km/h and can accelerate from a halt to 100km/h in 8.6 seconds. Additionally, the company asserts that the Curvv EV outperforms its competitors in terms of on-the-go acceleration by up to 30 percent.
The Nexon EV, on the other hand, has two distinct battery pack options: a 30kWh pack and a 40.5kWh pack. Moreover, it has two different motor configurations. The 30kWh battery pack version features a 127bhp motor, whereas the 40.5kWh battery pack version has a 142bhp motor. The torque output stands at 215Nm. Depending on the variant, the electric compact SUV's range is claimed to vary between 325 and 465 km. The Nexon EV has V2L and V2V charging systems, just like the Curvv EV.

Tata Curvv EV vs Nexon EV Spec Comparison: Interior and Features
The Curvv EV has a sleek, simple dashboard with a centrally located, sizable touchscreen infotainment system, equipped with the newest connectivity features. A motorised tailboard, wireless charging, electric parking brake, electrically adjustable driver seat, new keys, and engine start-stop button are all included in this coupe.
Other than that, the Curvv has a voice-activated panoramic sunroof, while the Nexon has an electronic single-pane sunroof. The Curvv EV's four-spoke steering wheel, reminiscent of the Harrier's, may strike your eye as soon as you enter the cabin, while the Nexon EV's steering wheel is two-spoke.
The feature set of Nexon comprises a 10.25-inch fully digital instrument panel, cruise control, ventilated front seats, wireless phone charging, Google and Alexa voice assistants, a larger 12.3-inch touchscreen (on top-spec variants), and a nine-speaker JBL sound system with a subwoofer.
For safety, the Curvv EV includes Level 2 ADAS with 20 functions, although the Nexon EV does not. The latter has an electronic tailboard, whereas the former comes with the same feature but with gesture control.
