Tata Curvv ICE India Launch Timeline
The Tata Currv's ICE variant will go on sale in India on September 2, 2024. It will have a new, 1.2-litre direct injection turbocharged petrol engine called Hyperion. This engine has three cylinders and is made entirely of aluminium, which makes it lighter than a 1.2-litre Revotron turbo-petrol engine. It includes variable valve timing technology, a variable oil pump, an integrated exhaust manifold in the cylinder head, and a water-cooled variable geometry turbocharger for increased low-end torque.

Besides this, the Curvv will also come with two more engine options: a 1.5-litre diesel engine and a 1.2-litre Revotron turbo-petrol, which are currently offered on the Nexon SUV.
