The new spy pictures of the Tata Altroz Racer and the Punch facelift have appeared online, providing a glimpse into their appearance. To begin with the Altroz hatch, the spotted test mule has a twin-tip exhaust arrangement at the rear. Aside from that, the vehicle appears to be the same as the version shown at the Auto Expo 2023. The model will feature a black bonnet and roof with two white stripes in the center, new alloy wheels, and 'Racer' badges. While Tata Motors hasn't disclosed anything, the sportier hatchback is likely to come with several interior features like a 360-degree camera, an electric sunroof, wireless charging, and ventilated front seats. The ICE-powered Punch Facelift appears to borrow design cues from its electrified sibling such as wide-connected LED DRLs, LED fog lights with a cornering function, and vertically stacked LED projector headlights. According to market reports, Tata Motors is expected to incorporate some features from the recently launched electric Punch into the upcoming internal combustion engine (ICE) version. These features include a 360-degree parking camera, a 10.2-inch digital instrument cluster, a 10.2-inch touchscreen infotainment system, an air purifier, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and wireless phone charging.

Tata Altroz Racer, Punch Facelift: Mechanical Specifics
The upcoming Altroz Racer is anticipated to come equipped with a 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine and a six-speed manual transmission. Meanwhile, the Punch, being a facelift model, is unlikely to have any changes under its hood. This means that the SUV will continue to be powered by the same 1.2-litre NA petrol engine, which produces 85bhp and 113Nm, paired with either an AMT or a five-speed manual gearbox.
Tata Altroz Racer, Punch Facelift: Expected Prices
The new iteration of the Punch is anticipated to go on sale by the end of the year, at a higher price than the current model, which costs between Rs 6.13 lakh and Rs 10.20 lakh. The brand-new Tata Altroz Racer, on the other hand, is likely to be priced at about Rs 10 lakh. All prices are ex-showroom.
