Skoda Auto has added a new variant to the fourth-generation Superb sold abroad. It is called the Sportline and, as the name implies, it is the sportier version of the Superb. Apart from being athletic, the new Superb Sportline is feature-rich as well as rides 15mm lower than the rest of the Superb range, thanks to a sports chassis. Dynamic Chassis Control is offered as an optional extra.
To begin with, the Skoda Superb Sportline comes in two body styles: sedan (Hatch) and estate (Combi). On the outside, the Sportline is marked out by blacked-out elements, including the radiator grille frame, window frames, mirror caps, side skirts, and diffuser. The Skoda badging at the back is also finished in gloss black. While the Superb Sportline sedan has a black strip on the tailgate diffuser, the estate gets black roof rails.

The Superb Sportline can be had with either 18-inch anthracite wheels (standard) or optional 19-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels. It also features aerodynamic wheel covers, LED Matrix beam headlamps, LED taillamps, and the Sportline badging on the front fenders.
Skoda Superb Sportline: Interior
On the inside, the all-black theme continues with artificial leather upholstery, a headliner, as well as decorative stripes on the dashboard and door cards that have a faux-carbon fibre effect. The cabin also has heated sports seats with integrated headrests, a massage function, and manually adjustable thigh support. While that is standard, there is also an optional Suite Sport Design Selection with AGR-certified ergonomic sports seats adding heating, ventilation, and massage functions. Other bits include stainless steel pedals, ambient lighting, a 3-spoked sports steering wheel with the Skoda badging, and a 13.0-inch infotainment system.
Skoda Superb Sportline: Engine Options
Under the hood, the Sportline gets multiple engine options: 150bhp four-cylinder 1.5 TSI, 150bhp turbo 2.0 TDI, 193bhp turbo 2.0 TDI, and 265bhp petrol 2.0 TSI.
