Skoda has given its Kushaq mid-size SUV a host of variant-wise revisions as part of MY2024 updates. You can now bring home the more affordable Kushaq at an ex-showroom price of Rs 10.89 lakh, down from an earlier Rs 11.99 lakh. This comes along with a revised variant line-up of the SUV. Doing away with the previous nomenclature, Skoda now has the following variants on offer: Classic (Rs 10.89 lakh), Signature (Rs 14.19 lakh), and Prestige (Rs 16.09 lakh), corresponding to Active, Ambition, and Style variants. However, the Monte Carlo (Rs 15.60 lakh) and Onyx (Rs 12.89 lakh) variants continue to be available with the SUV. All mentioned figures are starting prices, ex-showroom.
The Skoda Kushaq gets two engine options: a 1.0-litre three-cylinder turbo-petrol mated to either a 6-speed MT or 6-speed AT, and a 1.5-litre four-cylinder turbo-petrol engine coupled with either a 6-speed MT or 7-speed DSG. The 1.0-litre petrol unit churns out 114bhp and 178Nm of torque, while the more potent 1.5-litre engine makes 148bhp and 250Nm of torque.
