Skoda Kodiaq SUV Prices Increased by up to Rs 56,000 in India

The Skoda Kodiaq has become dearer by up to Rs 56,000 in India. The recent price hike is applicable with an immediate effect and differs based on the variant. The Kodiaq SUV is available in three variants – Style, Sportline, and L&K.

Skoda has increased the prices of its Kodiaq SUV in India by up to Rs 56,000. The price hike is effective immediately and varies based on the variants. The Kodiaq is available in three variants – Style, Sportline, and L&K. The standard variant, Style, now has a starting price of Rs 38.50 lakh after experiencing a price hike of about Rs 51,338. The mid-spec Sportline has witnessed a price increase of Rs 53,230 and is currently priced at Rs 39.92 lakh. The top-of-the-line L&K variant has seen the highest price hike of Rs 55,932 and is now priced at Rs 41.95 lakh. All prices mentioned are ex-showroom.

This SUV has enough room to accommodate up to seven passengers, and it also boasts a luggage space of approximately 270 litres. Additionally, you can find a range of impressive features in this vehicle, including 3-zone climate control, a panoramic sunroof, standard nine airbags, electronic stability control (ESC), a 360-degree camera, and 10-colour ambient lighting. Skoda Kodiaq: Engine

 A 2-litre turbo-petrol engine that produces 187bhp and 320Nm powers the Skoda Kodiaq SUV. It comes paired with a 7-speed DCT (dual-clutch automatic) transmission that distributes power to all four wheels.

The new Kodiaq and Superb models from Skoda are anticipated to make their global debut soon. The upcoming models' interiors were recently made public by the automaker, which highlighted substantial modifications and advancements over their respective outgoing versions.

On both vehicles, a wireless 13.5-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto will come standard. They will also have three rotary dials underneath the infotainment system, each having a 1.25-inch built-in display. Additionally, a 10-inch digital instrument cluster with a HUD display will be offered. The instrument cluster's colour theme can be customized, although it depends on the drive mode that is selected. Map zoom, driving modes, fan speed, air direction, volume, and smart air conditioning are just a few pieces of information covered by the integrated displays. 

The Kodiaq is expected to come with several features, such as connected car technology, a navigation system, a premium sound system, displays of performance-oriented features, power delivery, and off-road information.

2024 Skoda Kodiaq and Suberb: India Launch

The new-gen Skoda Kodiaq and the Superb are anticipated to go on sale in the international market soon. Soon after that, the models are expected to make their entry into the Indian market. While the Superb sedan will act as a Toyota Camry substitute, the Skoda Kodiaq will take on the likes of the Jeep Meridian, the Toyota Fortuner, and more.
