Starting in less than an hour, the first day of the Geneva Motor Show will witness seven new Audi cars being premiered together.

Volkswagen-owned Audi will showcase seven new models at the Geneva Motor Show which will commence in less than two hours from now. The new line-up includes cars like the R8 V10, R8 V10 plus, R8 LMS, R8 e-tron, Q7 e-tron quattro, RS 3 Sportback and the Audi prologue Avant concept car.

The four new R8 variants will stand tall next to Audi’s first plug-in hybrid car in the Q series – the Q7 e tron Quattro. Sharing the same stall will be the RS 3 which is, as claimed by Audi, the most powerful premium compact car in the world.

The second generation of the V10 R8 will deliver a massive 610bhp of power and will do 0-100km/h in mere 3.2 seconds. The electrically powered R8 e-tron supercar boasts of 456bhp of maximum power and 920Nm of torque. The Audi R8 LMS race car, which was developed keeping in mind the new GT3 norms, will scale new heights in the performance spectrum.

The Q7 e-tron quattro is the world’s first plug-in hybrid car with a six-cylinder diesel engine and permanent all-wheel drive. Helped by the diesel engine, the car can cover a total distance of 1,410 kilometers according to Audi. The new RS 3 Sportback will boast of 367bhp of power thanks to its five-cylinder 2.5 TFSI engine which will help the car to reach the 100km/h mark in just 4.3 seconds. The top can be made to reach over 280km/h with the help of a seven-speed S tronic gearbox and a permanent all-wheel drive system.

The Audi prologue Avant will find the perfect balance between technology and the plug-in hybrid drive from the Audi Q7 e-tron quattro. The car will deliver a maximum output of 455 bhp through its 3.0 TDI engine and the electric motor combined together which will make the car sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.1 seconds.
