Renault has unveiled the brand-new Grand Koleos crossover at the ongoing Busan International Motor Show 2024 (BIMOS 2024). Yesterday marked the start of one of Korea's largest auto shows, which has participation from Hyundai, BMW, Genesis, Kia, Renault, and several other auto manufacturers. The Renault Grand Koleos garnered a lot of attention on the first day of the show. Remarkably, it is modelled after the Geely Monjaro crossover, which is quite popular both in China and abroad. The new SUV seems to be the Chinese Geely Monjaro (Xingyue L)'s twin model. It uses both ICE and PHEV powertrain versions and is built on the CMA platform.

From the outside, the Grand Koleos looks like the Korean version of the Geely Xingyue L SUV, which is sold in China. It has noticeable exterior modifications, such as a new borderless grille, distinctive alloy wheel designs, and specific adjustments to the front and rear bumpers. Much of the sheet metal and platform are still shared with the Xingyue L despite these changes.
