Porsche, at an event recently held at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca, has unveiled its super exclusive 911 GTS Rennsport Reunion Edition which will be sold only in North America.
Porsche has decided to make their legendary car even better by launching the 911 GTS Rennsport Reunion Edition. Such is the exclusivity of this car that only 25 pieces will be made, and will be sold only in North America.
The car has been launched in honour of the fifth Rennsport Reunion – the world’s largest gathering of Porsche racecars and Porsche collector cars. The car has been built by Porsche Exclusive, and has been developed around the existing 911 Carrera GTS. The 911 GTS Rennsport Reunion Edition will do 0-60km/h in mere 4.2 seconds and will have a top speed of 190mph (305km/h).
The car will be powered by the same 3.8-litre, flat six engine, and to make the things sweeter, the Porsche 911 GTS Rennsport Reunion will come only with a manual gearbox. As if this is not enough, to make it super exclusive Porsche has also added some goodies like 18-way power sports seats, the PASM adaptive suspension, a Bose audio system, rear parking sensors, carbon-fibre dashboard trim, 20-inch sport classic wheels, adaptive headlights and PDLS (Porsche Dynamic Light System).
If you live in North America and are willing to spend $1,49,330 (Rs. 98.7 lakhs approx.), you will not only get this car but also a special leather case for the key which will read “911 Carrera GTS Rennsport Reunion Edition.”
