Porsche, today, launched the Panamera facelift in India. Hereafter there will be 5 models of the Panamera that will be made available to the Indian customers – the Panamera Turbo, Panamera petrol V6, Panamera 4 V6, Panamera GTS and the Panamera diesel.
The new Panamera comes with standard equipment like electric sunroof, Porsche Communication Management plus Navigation, Park Assist with a reverse camera, Air Suspension with Porsche Active suspension Management (PASM) (available in all variants except the entry-level V6 petrol) and a Bose sound system.
Porsche has also given some optional features for the customers to choose from which include LED headlights featuring Porsche Dynamic Light System Plus and a 1000W Burmester sound system.
Porsche claims that the larger chassis mounts offer even more comfort and greater solidity, while the advanced steering mounts provide a more direct response. The Panamera gets a lighter set of 18-inch alloys and a specifically tuned Porsche Stability Management (PSM)
Anil Reddi, Director of Porsche India, said, “The Panamera is Porsche’s unique offering in the Gran Turismo segment – it has four doors and four seats but it’s a sports car through and through. Luxury, comfort and driving performance all come together in a distinctive package in the new Panamera. With its introduction in India, our customers can look forward to a thrilling alternative in this segment.”
