Porsche unveiled the 718 Spyder RS, the brand's last 718 model powered by a petrol engine. The Porsche 718 Spyder, a Cayman GT4 RS with its roof removed, retails for a whooping USD 162,150. It gets a retractable and manually controlled fabric roof, giving owners the appeal of open-top motoring. Porsche says the 718 Spyder RS differs from the Cayman GT4 RS in that it has revised spring and damper tunings to provide a more plush ride and better meet consumer expectations. After the popularity of the 550 Spyder, Porsche released the 718 RS 60 Spyder in the late 1960s. Customers and reviewers alike have lauded the convertible sports car's agile handling and comfortable ride. It will make its first appearance to the general public in July during the Goodwood Festival of Speed.
