The Edizione Nino Farina, a limited-edition Battista, has been unveiled by Pininfarina. Following the Battista Anniversario, which was introduced in 2020 to mark the company's 90th anniversary, this is the second special edition in the Battista line-up. This special edition is unique because it has been created to honour Nino Farina, the first-ever F1 World Champion. Using an Alfa Romeo, Nino Farina, the nephew of Pininfarina founder Battista "Pinin" Farina, won the first Formula 1 championship in 1950. The door sill plates on the five vehicles devoted to Farina's memory each honour a career milestone and have a distinctive design that makes them simple to recognise. Notably, the hypercar is only available in a total of five units. Nick Heidfeld, an F1 driver, and former Goodwood hillclimb champion who also had a key role in the development of the Battista, will be driving the car during its debut at this year's Goodwood Festival of Speed, which is planned to take place between July 13 and July 16.

Pininfarina Battista Edizione Nino Farina: Styling Cues
The external design of the Battista Edizione Nino Farina is appealing. The hypercar, which is painted a dramatic shade of Rosso Niro, has highlights that honour Farina's racing history in Bianco Sestriere white and Iconia Blu blue. Elegant traces of visible carbon fibre can be seen on the side mirrors and ground effects, while the roof and top portions of the doors are completed in a sleek black. Customised gold wheels and 01 side graphics improve the look even further.
Pininfarina Battista Edizione Nino Farina: Interior
A beautiful interior covered in leather greets one as they enter the Battista Edizione Nino Farina. With the driver's seat being black and the passenger's being tan with unique Nino Farina branding, the front seats are purposefully mismatched. The interior features striking blue and red highlights that are finished off with tasteful carbon fibre and aluminium details. To ensure that no two models are similar, each car will have a personalised door plate honouring an important milestone in Farina's illustrious life.
Pininfarina Battista Edizione Nino Farina: Powertrain Details
The engine of the Edizione Nino Farina is identical to that of the standard Battista, consisting of four separate electric motors—one for each wheel—driven by a T-shaped battery pack that is positioned in the middle of the vehicle, between and behind the driver compartment. The engines' astounding combined power output of 1,874bhp (1900hp) and 2,340Nm of peak torque enables a 0-100km/h acceleration time of 1.86 seconds and 0-200km/h time of 4.79 seconds. Further, it claims a peak speed of 349km/h. The Battista has a quarter-mile time of 8.55 seconds, which was the previous world record until Rimac's Nevera surpassed it in May.

Pininfarina Battista Edizione Nino Farina: Expected Price
Automobili Pininfarina, the luxury electric vehicle manufacturer, has not yet provided any price information for the new Edizione Nino Farina. The standard Battista is priced at $2.2 million, so it is reasonable to anticipate that the limited edition will be more expensive. This extraordinary hypercar will make a public debut and attempt the fabled hill climb during the forthcoming 2023 Goodwood Festival of Speed, giving auto aficionados the chance to see it up close.
