We have seen car manufacturers raining offers on their customers thus luring them to buy their product. Its a tried and tested method and both the marketing and the sales team of the company want their customers to know that their product is the best out there and be rest assured that they go to various lengths to prove just that. Volkswagen India today announced an offer which redefines this strategy and takes it to a whole new level. Volkswagen gives a chance to customers to own a Vento right away by paying 50% of its price immediately and the remaining after one year.
The German car company announced that the offer, valid only on the Vento, starts from the 14th February, for 4 days and gives a chance to all those who want to grab ownership of the Vento. Having already come up with special editions of the sedan, it is clear that VW desperately wants to bite into a chunk of the market share. And with marketing strategies like this, VW has shown that they are thinking about their customers by providing them financial flexibility for a quality product. Currently equipped with the 1.6-litre petrol and diesel powertrain and a load full of features like a 2 DIN RCD 320 music system with Bluetooth, USB, Aux in and SD card reader, the Vento is priced between Rs. 7 -9 lakhs. The offer by VW has slashed that price which brings down the cost to something lesser than a hatchback. Interesting, isn't it?
