New cricket-inspired special edition of the Terrano goes on sale.
Nissan India has announced the launch of the Terrano Sport special edition in India. The variant comes with a host of new features and special interior and exterior design elements. Nissan has an eight-year partnership with the International Cricket Council, till 2023. And the new Terrano Sport is a product of this partnership.
The Sport edition gets new body decals with an all-black roof wrap, black wrapped pillars and new wheel-arch claddings. There are also bold stripes on the SUV’s hood, fenders, rear bumper and front & rear doors. Inside, there are new crimson-stitched seat covers and floor mats with crimson highlights.
Terrano Sport also comes with NissanConnect, an integrated information and communication platform that connects with the customer’s smartphone. This mobility package comes with 50+ features and three years of free subscription for services like geofencing, speed alert, curfew alert, nearby pit stops, locate my car and share my car location.

The Nissan Terrano Sport special edition will be priced at ₹12.22 lakh (ex-showroom). Alternatives to the Terrano include its own cousin – the Renault Duster – and the best-selling Hyundai Creta.
