The new 750S — billed as the most powerful series-production McLaren to date — is set to enter India on January 10. It was unveiled in April of last year and is the successor to the McLaren 720S. The supercar has a redesigned front bumper with wider air intakes, a larger active rear wing, and sharper LED headlamps. Wireless charging, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay compatibility, completely Nappa leather upholstery, and a Bowers & Wilkins sound system are among the interior highlights. The McLaren Control Launcher system is also available, and at the touch of a button, it provides adjustable settings for the powertrain, handling, aerodynamics, and gearbox. Even though the pricing will be revealed in a few days, the supercar will likely cost more than Rs 4 crore in our market. Let's dive deeper into the further aspects of this upcoming new McLaren.

New McLaren 750S: Engine On Duty
Coming to the heart of the matter, the new McLaren 750S uses the same engine as its predecessor — a 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8. This motor, however, has been modified to produce 740bhp and 800Nm. The supercar can sprint from 0 to 100km/h in 2.8 seconds and 200km/h in an incredible 7.2 seconds, paired with a seven-speed automatic transmission. Its top speed is 331 kilometres.
The McLaren Control Launcher system, which allows the driver to customise their time spent behind the wheel of a McLaren by maintaining their chosen setup for the handling, powertrain, aerodynamics, and transmission, is another feature of the 750S. An MCL button can be used to rapidly recover this setting.
