Maruti Suzuki has revealed its updated compact sedan, the Dzire, ahead of the launch on November 11. In its new avatar, the Maruti Suzuki car benefits from a new design, tech, and powertrain. It is now more frugal than the previous model (22.41km/l–22.61km/l), with mileage figures of 24.79 (MT), and 25.71km/l (AT). Bookings for the sedan are currently underway for a token amount of Rs 11,000, while deliveries are set to begin shortly after the launch. Here's all you need to know about the upcoming Maruti Suzuki vehicle in terms of engine, design, and other features.

Powering the all-new Dzire is a 1.2-litre three-cylinder naturally aspirated petrol engine borrowed from the Swift. This unit produces 80bhp of maximum power and 112Nm of peak torque and is paired either with a five-speed manual or AMT transmission.
