Compared to its predecessor, the Alcazar facelift gets a bigger grille (with horizontal inserts), flanked by dual chamber LED headlamps. There is also a revised bumper and H-shaped LED daytime running lamps connected by an LED light bar. Though the silhouette remains the same, the updated SUV features dual-tone 18-inch alloy wheels. The H-shaped theme continues on the taillamps as well, and the rear bumper, just like the front bumper, is finished in silver. Other bits include faux skid plates and new roof rails.

The updated Alcazar is offered in the following colour options: Abyss Black Pearl, Atlas White, Fiery Red, Ranger Khaki, Robust Emerald Pearl, Robust Emerald Matte, Starry Night, and Titan Grey Matte, along with Atlas White with an Abyss Black roof.

Inside, the new Alcazar has a dual-tone interior theme, finished in brown and dark blue, along with dual integrated screens, revised AC vents, automatic climate control, and wireless charging. As mentioned earlier, the car is available in 6- and 7-seat layouts, with the former housing captain seats in the second row with adjustable thigh support and ventilation. Other features include a panoramic sunroof, a Boss mode, leatherette upholstery, and connected tech.

As standard, the new Hyundai Alcazar gets six airbags, hill-start assist, electronic stability control, vehicle stability management, all four disc brakes, and a tyre pressure monitoring system. Like the Creta, the Alcazar features Level 2 ADAS (advanced driver assistance systems) for extra safety. You also get a digital key, front parking sensors, rain-sensing wipers, hill descent control, and an electrochromic inside rearview mirror.
