The all-new Honda Amaze will renew its rivalry with the Maruti Suzuki Dzire, and Tata Tigor. It will fetch a considerable premium over its predecessor.
The next-generation Honda Amaze has been spotted in its undisguised form, showcasing several design upgrades, including a new grille with a chrome insert, slimmer LED headlights with integrated DRLs, LED fog lights, a shark-fin antenna, and redesigned bumpers. The car also features new machined alloy wheels. While the latest spy shots don’t offer a detailed view of the interior they do reveal beige upholstery, suggesting a more refined and premium cabin design. Although there is no confirmation, some industry sources suggest that unofficial bookings for the updated Honda Amaze have already begun in the market. New Honda Amaze: Interior and Features
The upcoming Amaze will likely have an interior design inspired by the City and Elevate. It is expected to include a patterned dashboard trim reminiscent of the global-spec Accord, a 3-spoke steering wheel, and a free-standing touchscreen (8-inch unit). The car could also get an advanced driver assistance system (segment-first).

Other possible features include automatic climate control, a wireless phone charger, a single-pane sunroof, a rearview camera, ABS with EBD, a hill hold assist, and six airbags.
New Honda Amaze: Under the Hood
The all-new Honda Amaze is set to be powered by the same 1.2-litre, 4-cylinder petrol engine that produces 89bhp and 110Nm. This engine will be available with a choice of a 5-speed manual gearbox or a CVT transmission. In response to the growing demand for more eco-friendly options, there is a possibility that a CNG variant will be introduced later. Unlike previous models, the new Amaze will not be available with a diesel unit.

New Honda Amaze: Expected Price
With enhanced design elements and updated interiors, the new Honda Amaze is expected to witness a modest hike in its pricing compared to the current model, which is priced between Rs 7.20 lakh and Rs 9.96 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). Upon its launch, the sub-4m sedan will renew its rivalry with the Hyundai Aura, the Maruti Suzuki Dzire, and the Tata Tigor.
