Honda recently launched the redesigned Amaze in India, with an ex-showroom starting price of Rs 8 lakh. The sedan has three variants (V, VX, and ZX) and is powered by a 1.2-litre petrol engine that produces 89bhp and 110Nm. The transmission options include a 5-speed manual and a CVT. The new Amaze stands out with its striking design, but Honda is offering numerous accessories to help buyers customise and add a personal touch. The three thoughtfully curated accessory packages—Basic Kit, Signature, and Utility—are designed to enhance different aspects of the car. Honda Amaze: Features

The updated Honda Amaze features a more modern look while keeping the black and beige colour combination. It borrows styling aspects from the Elevate, with a large, freestanding touchscreen and a stylish three-spoke steering wheel. The sedan is packed with a range of modern features, including an automatic climate control with rear vents, a semi-digital instrument cluster, a wireless phone charger, six airbags (standard), an 8-inch touchscreen, a LaneWatch camera, electronic stability control (ESC), and a tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS) and ADAS.

Honda Amaze: Price and Competitors

The Amaze is priced between Rs 8 lakh and Rs 10.90 lakh (Both, ex-showroom). It fiercely competes against the Tata Tigor, the Hyundai Aura, and the Maruti Suzuki Dzire. Test drives for the updated Honda Amaze are now underway, while deliveries are set to start in January 2025.

The car is offered with a standard 3-year/unlimited-kilometre warranty, with the option to upgrade to a 7-year/unlimited-kilometre plan or a 10-year/1.2 lakh km warranty for extended coverage.
