Hyundai’s luxury division Genesis has revealed the 2024 GV70 SUV for the global market. The opulent SUV is now in sync with the brand's newest 'Athletic Elegance' style philosophy. Its exterior comes with certain upgrades such as a new front bumper-mounted skid plate, a dual-weave mesh patterned radiator grille, two-line turn signals, and 19-inch alloy wheels. Moreover, the taillights now include integrated rear turn signals. The redesigned Genesis GV70 SUV is expected to launch first in Korea next month. At this launch, further information regarding the powertrain and other aspects will probably be made available.

New Genesis GV70: Interior and Powertrain Highlights
The updated GV70 has a larger 27-inch OLED display that merges the instrument cluster and infotainment system. It sports touch-based HVAC controls, a Genesis symbol on the steering wheel, and a new dual-tone style.
Hyundai's luxury brand has not yet revealed powertrain specifics, but the redesigned GV70 is likely to continue with the same set of engine options, which include a 2.5-litre turbo four-cylinder petrol, a 2.2-litre turbo diesel, and a 3.5-litre V6 turbo-petrol.
New Genesis GV70: What's More?
Genesis has updated the GV70 Sport in addition to the base model. The redesigned Sport trim level comes with a double-layered G-Matrix Crest Grille, a rear diffuser, dark-chrome exhaust tips, and a new set of 21-inch wheels. The interior is enhanced by orange stitching and a flat-bottom steering wheel.
Genesis X Gran Berlinetta Tribute Concept
Genesis revealed a unique X Gran Berlinetta Tribute concept in Switzerland to honour Bathurst champion and experienced Formula 1 driver Jacky Ickx. The masterpiece, based on the X Gran Berlinetta Concept, is distinguished by its Midnight Blue paint scheme and white stripe on the bonnet, inspired by Jacky Ickx’s racing helmet. It comes with a crest grille, racing flag decorations on the fenders, and large gold-finished alloy rims.

The concept features a hybrid system that consists of a single electric motor (198bhp) and a front mid-mounted V6 (856bhp), offering an astonishing total power output of 1056bhp.
