MG has taken to its social media to give a glimpse of the upcoming Gloster Black Storm Edition, ahead of its launch in the Indian market. The company has put out a teaser video showing a dark silhouette of the SUV and a 'Black Storm' badge positioned on the front fender. Even though the latest edition gives away a few details as of now, the Black Storm model is expected to come with a fair bit of styling updates and new features. Given the current automotive industry trends, Tata Dark Edition SUVs for instance, the MG Gloster Black Storm version is anticipated to feature a black shade and some blacked-out elements on the exterior. The all-black treatment could be extended to the car's alloy wheels. Meanwhile, the Black Storm Edition could also sport some red accents on the sides, besides carrying forward the similar grille from the current model. Also, the MG Gloster Black Storm Edition could offer a new interior theme and features such as new leather upholstery.

Therefore, it can be implied that the Gloster Black Storm could be based on the Tata Dark Edition SUV, which also features a similar black exterior colour, blacked-out elements, and a special edition badge. Although, there has been no official communication from MG yet. In terms of pricing, we expect the Black Storm to be priced slightly more than the standard model, which is available at an introductory price of Rs 32.59 lakh (ex-showroom).
