Mercedes-Benz introduces new 24x7 roadside assistance programme in India

To deliver a better after-sales environment for their customers, Mercedes-Benz India has launched its 24x7 roadside assistance programmes. The programmes will offer support in the event of a mishap, breakdown, accident or vandalism of a Mercedes-Benz vehicle.

Mercedes-Benz India has launched the Mobilo 24X7 roadside assistance programme.

To deliver a better after-sales environment for their customers, Mercedes-Benz India has launched its 24x7 roadside assistance programmes. The programmes will offer support in the event of a mishap, breakdown, accident or vandalism of a Mercedes-Benz vehicle.

There will be two programmes on offer for Indian Mercedes-Benz customers – Mobilo Plus and Mobilo Lite. Mobilo Lite is a complimentary service that will be offered by dealers for 365 days from the last periodic service availed.

This service will be available to customers for three years from the date of purchase. From 4th to 8th year of the car, the program can be purchased for as low as Rs. 3999 (Inclusive of all taxes).

The Mobilo programme entails complimentary roadside repairs, complimentary towing, complimentary taxi service up to 50 km from breakdown location, courtesy car, onward/return travel and hotel accommodation up to three nights, along with legal advice & medical coordination as and when required.

The programme will support customers in a range of events, which include mechanical, electrical or accidental breakdown, battery related issues, out of fuel situations, contaminated fuel or incorrect fuel, key/key fob related issues like locked keys, lost keys or broken keys, tyre related problems like puncture and bolts and  valve related issues, in addition to road traffic incident where the vehicle is immobilised.
