Mercedes-Benz has started accepting bookings for the upcoming EQA electric SUV a couple of days ahead of its launch on July 8 in India. Interested buyers can make reservations for the same at Rs 1.50 lakh and, as we have reported earlier, the 250+ will be the only configuration the electric vehicle will be offered in. Based on the GLA SUV, the Mercedes-Benz EQA will slot below the 7-seater EQB SUV in the company's India line-up. It will be the company's fourth EV for our market after the EQB SUV, EQE SUV, and EQS sedan.
Outside, the EQA 250+ will offer an enclosed grille (with small starry elements), flanked by new blacked-out headlamps. The vehicle will also have an LED light bar spanning the width of the car's front end. In profile, the vehicle will get larger 19-inch alloy wheels as opposed to the GLA's 18-inch wheels. At the rear, the upcoming EV will benefit from an integrated LED tail-lamp arrangement. While eight colour options will be available for potential buyers to choose from: Polar White, Night Black, Cosmos Black, Mountain Grey, High-tech Silver, Spectral Blue, Manufaktur Patagonia Red Metallic, and Manufaktur Mountain Grey Magno, the cabin will only feature a grey colour.
