Mercedes-Benz has revealed two special models for G-Class customers with the introduction of the ‘designo manufaktur Edition’ and the ‘Exclusive Edition’.
For customers who would like to some individuality to their G-Class, Mercedes-Benz now offers two new special models: the designo manufaktur Edition and the Exclusive Edition.
While these options are offered with nearly the entire G-Class family, Indian customers are only offered the G 63 AMG version. The new "designo manufaktur" Edition is offered with the G 350 and the G 500.
The upgrades available on the G 63 AMG include a stainless steel underguard bespoke to the model. It also gets AMG sport strips on the sides, rub strip inserts in a dark aluminium look and the spare wheel cover painted in the vehicle’s exterior colour. The car sits on 21-inch, 5?twin-spoke light-alloy wheels painted in matt black with high-sheen spokes. Apart from other colour options, the Exclusive Edition of the G 63 AMG include the matt paint finish AMG monza grey magno which is exclusive to the trim.
The interior can be equipped with a two-tone, leather-lined dashboard and AMG sport seats with two-tone leather upholstery. Mercedes offers a choice of two-tone nappa leather in six colour options, or as an alternative two-tone seats in three colours with seat side bolsters in black carbon leather. Customers will have a choice of carbon or black piano finish tri for the interior panels. The additional Seat Comfort Package will include multicontour seats and seat climatisation for the driver and front passenger, available on the Exclusive Edition among many more options.
