Mazda EZ-6: Powertrain
Mazda hasn't revealed any information on the electric or plug-in hybrid powertrains. Market reports, however, suggest that the EZ-6 could use the same platform as the Changan's sedan, the SL03. Its electric version is expected to have a range of 600 kilometres, while the plug-in hybrid is likely to cover 1,000 kilometres. Aside from the range, Mazda claims that the EZ-6 is rear-wheel drive as an electric vehicle. It features a front strut and a rear multilink suspension system and has a 50/50 weight distribution.

The EZ-6 sedan features the brand's distinctive Kodo design language. Its elegant exterior includes frameless doors, a larger, squared-off grille, slender headlamps, clean body lines, a full-width tail light assembly, and an active rear spoiler. The electric/plug-in hybrid car features a dual-tone interior with a massive touchscreen infotainment system, a digital instrument cluster, a flat-bottom steering wheel, a wireless charging pad, two cupholders, and ambient lighting. The Mazda sedan is also equipped with intelligent parking technology, which can be managed by voice even when the driver isn't in the car.
