Special Edition Maserati Ghibli Nerissimo gets black pack treatment along with additional standard features to set itself apart from the standard model range.
Maserati has used the show floor of the 2017 New York Auto Show to unveil the Nerissimo Special Edition version of its Ghibli sports luxury saloon. The name Nerissimo is based on the Italian expression for “extremely black.” Showcased in a deep black palette, the Maserati Ghibli Nerissimo Special Edition will be made available in the Ghibli, Ghibli S and Ghibli S Q4 variants. Maserati Ghibli Nerissimo models will get 20 inch Urano alloy wheels, black door handles, front grille, window trim along with a black theme for the interiors with red stitching and paddle shifters. Other enhancements include INOX sport pedals, red brake calipers, Dark Mirror interior trim, Sport Seats and a Sport Steering wheel. The car will come fitted as standard with standard blind spot assist, front and rear parking sensors and remote start while the Ghibli S and Ghibli S Q4 versions will also feature a Harmon Kardon stereo.
Only 450 examples of the Maserati Ghibli Nerissimo will be manufactured and each one will bear a badge located on the center console as a testimony to its special nature.
The 2017 Maserati Ghibli gets the addition of two new trim packages, Luxury and Sport.
Additional new and varied offerings on display at the New York International Auto Show include two S versions of the company’s first SUV, the Levante, one of which features the exclusive Ermenegildo Zegna Edition interior, as well as the Quattroporte S Q4 GranSport and GranTurismo Sport Special Edition.
