The Maruti Suzuki Invicto will go on sale on July 5 in India. The entire MPV design leaked last week during the dealership shipments. Prior to the introduction, inside shots of the next model have also been made public. According to the leaked interior photos, the Invicto MPV will resemble the Toyota Innova Hycross quite a bit. To begin with, the MPV is an Innova Hycross with a Maruti Suzuki label. It will be made at Toyota's Bidadi factory in Karnataka. Speaking of the specification, the MPV will likely mirror its Japanese counterpart. Price-wise, the upcoming Invicto MPV will probably be one of the most pricey models in the firm's lineup. Several industry reports suggest that the new MPV would cost more than Rs 20 lakh in India (ex-showroom). As interior spy shots of the MPV are now public ahead of launch, let's look at what's different in the model from its Japanese twin.

Maruti Suzuki Invicto: What Interior Spy Shots Reveal?
According to the viral interior pictures, the upcoming Invicto MPV will have a different paint scheme from the Innova Hycross.
On the inside, the Invicto gets an all-black theme with copper accents on the dashboard, door pads, and a centre console. The Innova Hycross, on the other hand, has a dark brown tint with black accents. In addition, an infotainment system, which will support Apple, Android, and Autocarplay, a digital instrument cluster, a multi-functional steering wheel, power windows, dual climate control, speed warning, parking sensors, and seat belt reminders are some of the other features likely to be included in the SUV. Overall, according to spy shots, there are no major improvements inside except for minor cosmetic tweaks.
Maruti Suzuki Invicto: Powertrain
As far as the powertrain goes, the upcoming MPV will probably have the mechanical specifications of its Japanese twin, which includes a 2.0-litre petrol engine in naturally-aspirated and hybrid options. However, in a recent development, rumours are circulating online that the new MPV might only be offered with a 2.0-liter petrol-hybrid engine.
