Last month, Maruti Suzuki introduced the Dream Series limited-edition versions of its three Arena models – the Alto K10 VXi+, S-Presso VXi, and Celerio LXi. The special-edition models were then available for the month of June. Now, after increased showroom footfalls since the introduction of the Dream Series, Maruti Suzuki has decided to extend the availability of the special-edition versions to July 31, 2024.
According to Maruti Suzuki, The Dream Series line-up has so far bagged over 21,000 bookings, despite some shrinkage in the core entry-level segment. 'We are now also trying to work out special finance packages for these customers with various banks,' said Partho Banerjee, Senior Executive Officer, Marketing and Sales, Maruti Suzuki. Priced at Rs 4.99 lakh (ex-showroom), the Dream Series range is sold under the Arena network of showrooms.
At its price, the Dream Series range offers a reverse parking camera, something which is not available in the standard versions. The Celerio LXi Dream Series gets a Pioneer multimedia stereo and a pair of speakers, while the Alto K10 VXi+ and the S-Presso VXi have a security system. The latter additionally boasts of a pair of speakers and a host of cosmetic add-ons.
