India’s largest car maker Maruti Suzuki has launched the Swift Glory edition in time for the upcoming festive season.
The Swift Glory edition comes with a host of cosmetic changes including racing stripes, side decals, black C-Pillars and a red-coloured roof. Other changes to the exterior includes the addition of a rear spoiler and wing mirrors.
Inside, the limited edition Swift sports a black and red upholstery - in line with the exterior look of the car. In terms of equipment, it gets a Bluetooth enabled music system, and reverse parking assist with rearview camera.
The limited edition model is only available with the VXi and VDi variants of the Swift. Hence, it misses out on features like alloy wheels, airbags, steering mounted control and a rear washer.
As expected, there are no mechanical changes to the Swift Glory edition. It will be powered by the same 1.2-litre petrol engine and 1.3-litre diesel unit - both mated to a five-speed manual gearbox.
