Mahindra XUV700 variants and launch prices announced

Bookings for the XUV700 are set to open on 7th October, 10 am onwards.

One of the most hotly anticipated cars of 2021 is officially one more step closer to being seen on the road as Mahindra has today announced the complete variant line-up & pricing (introductory) of its new flagship SUV. The lower-spec MX Series starts at ₹11.99 lakh (Petrol MT 5-Seater) whereas the higher-spec AX series starts at ₹13.99 lakh (Petrol MT 5-Seater). 

However, Mahindra says that the prices given below are applicable only to the first 25,000 bookings. Bookings will officially open on 7th October. The homegrown brand has also confirmed that deliveries of the petrol variants will begin first, followed by the diesel line-up. The date of commencement of deliveries is expected to be announced by 10th October.

Here's a look at the variant-wise pricing (all prices, introductory ex-showroom):

As you can see, the petrol line-up (five-seater) starts from ₹11.99 lakh and goes up to ₹16.59 lakh, while the five-seater diesel variants start from ₹12.49 lakh and go up to ₹17.19 lakh. However, if you are interested in the seven-seater version, then the XUV700 range starts from ₹15.19 lakh and goes all the way up to ₹21.59 lakh.

Further, there are two optional packs available as well exclusively for the AX7 trim. While the AX7 AT variants can be equipped with the Luxury Pack for an additional ₹1.8 lakh, the AX7 Diesel AT variants can be purchased with optional AWD for an extra ₹1.3 lakh. It should be noted that these optional packs cannot be combined.

Mahindra has also launched an industry-first ‘add to cart' function on the XUV700's website. With this, customers can configure their car and save the configuration in advance. This can then be accessed to place the bookings starting 7th October.

As for those customers looking for attractive financing options and EMI schemes, they can benefit from Mahindra's 'FinX' initiative for the XUV700 that offers up to 20 different financing options, such as 100% on-road funding with zero down payment, etc. Plus, the XUV700 will also be available to retail customers via the Mahindra Subscription programme and other leasing options.
