The facelifted version of the Mahindra XUV300 was recently seen undergoing road trials, the images of which are now doing rounds online. The SUV is likely to go on sale next year. Although the XUV300 was entirely covered, certain elements, like the reworked headlights and infotainment unit, are visible in the images. The engine options for the upcoming Mahindra XUV300 facelift are likely to stay the same. In the TurboSport version, it could get a 1.2-litre T-GDi turbo-petrol motor. However, currently, there is no official word on this. Let's have a look at the recent spy images of the SUV and what all it reveals about the upcoming SUV.

Mahindra XUV300 Facelift: What Spy Images Reveal?
The compact headlights and C-shaped LED DRLs suggest Mahindra BE05 Electric-inspired styling. The grille and bumper of the XUV300 appear more prominent. At the back, the vehicle appears to have elements of both the forthcoming BE line and the XUV700. As seen in the BE concepts, the SUV seems to have a modified tailgate and a full-width LED strip. Although the C-shaped units with LED parts can be observed, the final layout of the taillights is unknown.
The interior of the facelift version appears to include a larger touchscreen infotainment system. Although the size has not been verified, it is possible that the display will be a 10-inch in size. Other significant interior changes include a revised dashboard, a centre console with new AC vents, a new gear lever, and more. Additionally, Mahindra may include new features in the XUV300 such as a 360-degree camera, wireless phone charging, and ventilated front seats. The sunroof, automatic climate control, steering-mounted radio controls, cruise control, six airbags, and electronic stability control are expected to continue in the upcoming model.
Mahindra XUV300 Facelift: Engine
The upcoming Mahindra XUV300 facelift is expected to offer the same 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine and 1.5-litre diesel mills as engine options. The TurboSport edition, however, could get a 1.2-litre T-GDi turbo-petrol engine.

Mahindra XUV300 Facelift: Price and Rivals
The facelift will most likely cost more than the base model because of cosmetic and feature improvements. In terms of market competition, the new Mahindra XUV300 will take on the likes of the Maruti Suzuki Brezza, Tata Nexon, Hyundai Venue, Nissan Magnite, and Renault Kiger.
