While the new Thar 5-door will share many similarities with its 3-door counterpart, the forthcoming SUV is also said to come with diverse additional features such as a bigger infotainment unit. The automaker currently makes available the 7-inch touchscreen head unit in the 3-door version of the car. Based on leaked photos, it appears that the new Mahindra vehicle will feature a floating infotainment system that is full-screen without any big bezels. Although there is no official confirmation, industry reports suggest that the device may be approximately 10 inches in size and support wireless Android Auto, Apple Carplay, and other technology-related features.
