Updated Mahindra XUV300: Key Details
Almost all of the Mahindra XUV300's variants have seen price increases, with the exception of the W4 and the W6 petrol manual models of the subcompact SUV. In its segment, the XUV300 faces off against well-known vehicles like the Maruti Suzuki Brezza, Tata Nexon, Hyundai Venue, and Kia Sonet. The car manufacturer updated the XUV300 lineup with new engines to comply with the stricter emission standards, effective from April 1. As a result, the price has increased. The updated engines are compatible with ethanol-based fuel because they also meet RDE norms.
Two engine options are also available for the updated Mahindra XUV300 – a 1.2-litre 3-cylinder direct-injection turbocharged petrol engine, which delivers 109bhp of maximum power and 200Nm of peak torque, and a 1.5-litre diesel engine, which churns out 115bhp of peak power and 300Nm of torque. Customers can also choose between a 6-speed manual transmission and a 6-speed AMT transmission, both of which are available with both engine options. The updated Mahindra XUV300 is available in 14 different configurations.
