Mahindra has launched a new Carbon edition of its highly popular Scorpio-N SUV in India, with prices ranging from Rs 19.19 lakh to Rs 24.89 lakh (ex-showroom). This edition is available in the 7-seater Z8 and Z8L variants, offering both petrol and diesel engine options, along with manual and automatic transmission choices. The standout feature of this edition is its bold all-black design, complemented by striking aesthetic enhancements that amplify the SUV’s strong and commanding presence. The model remains a strong contender against rivals like the MG Hector Plus, Hyundai Alcazar, and Tata Harrier.
Recently, Tata launched the Harrier Stealth Edition, available exclusively in the Fearless + trim, priced from Rs 25.10 lakh. This version is Rs 25,000 more affordable than the SUV’s Dark edition (Rs 24.85 lakh). However, the Mahindra Scorpio-N Carbon offers an even more budget-friendly choice, positioning itself as a competitive and cost-effective alternative to both the Harrier and Safari Stealth and Dark editions.
