Mahindra has started the deliveries of the XUV 3XO throughout India, and on the first day, the company dispatched over 1,500 units to its customers. Notably, over 50,000 people reserved the SUV in the first hour after it went on sale on May 15. The XUV 3XO is available in nine distinct variants, starting at Rs 7.49 lakh (ex-showroom). Mahindra introduced the model to compete with popular sub-compact SUVs like the Tata Nexon and Maruti Suzuki Brezza. The top-end and entry-level models are still not being delivered by the automaker, though. Buyers who opted for M1, MX2, MX2 Pro, AX7, and AX7 L variants will have to wait until June to get their hands on the car. Meanwhile, the variants for which deliveries have begun include the AX5, AX5 L, MX3, and MX3 Pro.
