Mahindra has revealed the interiors of the BE 6E and XEV 9E models ahead of their November 26 unveiling at the Unlimit India event. The BE 6E, a production-ready version of the BE 05 concept, will be a key focus, highlighting Mahindra's shift from traditional design. It features a driver-focused layout with large digital screens, an illuminated steering wheel logo, and a spacious centre console. The XEV 9E will also showcase its interior design, aligning with Mahindra's vision for premium electric vehicles. With these models, Mahindra sets new standards in Indian electric vehicle interiors. These design elements highlight Mahindra's focus on modern, high-performance electric vehicles.

Mahindra BE 05 and XEV 9E: Interior
The BE 6E interior offers a futuristic cockpit design with a split centre console and dual-screen setup, creating a tech-focused driving environment. The illuminated BE logo on the steering wheel and ambient lighting enhance the modern atmosphere, while the glass roof provides an open, spacious feel to the cabin.
The XEV 9E elevates digital luxury with a triple-screen layout that spans the dashboard, offering easy access to infotainment and vehicle controls. The cabin, featuring white upholstery, delivers a premium, refined look.
Mahindra BE 05 and XEV 9E: Design
The BE 6E and XEV 9E showcase sleek, aerodynamic designs with gloss-black accents and signature C-shaped LED DRLs. The BE 6E stands out with a split rear spoiler and angular LED tail lamps, while the XEV 9E features a coupe-like silhouette, closed front grille, and vertical headlights for a bold, futuristic look.
Both SUVs are equipped with pop-out flush door handles, aerodynamic wheels, and unique design details such as the copper-trimmed window line, enhancing their premium and sporty appeal.
Mahindra BE 05 and XEV 9E: Powertrain
Mahindra has not yet revealed full powertrain specifications for the BE 6E and XEV 9E, but it's expected that these electric SUVs will feature battery packs between 60kWh and 80kWh. The BE 6E and XEV 9E are likely to come in both single-motor RWD and dual-motor AWD configurations.

The estimated driving range for these models could be around 500km, and with 175kW DC fast-charging, they can achieve an 80% charge in approximately 30 minutes.
