Only 200 units of the Ghibli Ribelle to be produced; will be sold only in the EMEA markets (Europe, Middle East and Africa).
Maserati has further underlined the importance of the Ghibli within its range with a new limited edition. The 'Ghibli Ribelle', which will see a limited production run only for the EMEA markets, is focused purely on adding more visual appeal to the standard car. The car’s exterior is finished in a special ‘Nero Ribelle’ mica paint, set off by 19-inch Proteo alloy wheels featuring red accents.
The interior of the Ghibli Ribelle has been finished in two-tone red and black leather for the seats, dashboard, armrest and door cards, with an added piano-black wooden trim. To further emphasise on the exclusivity factor, each car features a chromed aluminium badge on the centre console that denotes its number in the 200-strong production run.
The new version will be available with all of the sports saloon’s power plants, that is, with the 271bhp turbo-diesel V6 and the two petrol options, both twin-turbo V6 derivatives delivering 345bhp and 424bhp.
For the Ribelle limited edition, Maserati will also offer an optional 'Ribelle Plus' package, which includes laminated privacy windows for enhanced thermal and sound insulation, full-LED Matrix adaptive headlights, a Harman-Kardon premium sound system and an opening sunroof. The Ghibli Ribelle is expected to go on sale in the EMEA markets from October 2018.
