The Discovery Vision Concept vehicle is indeed a vision on the next generation of the Discovery line-up. The car was displayed a day before the opening of the New York Auto Show, and it promises to offer an exciting preview for the range, and the future of Land Rover. With the new looks offering an amalgamation of the current Land and Range Rover design cues, it does come with some pretty impressive technology – with features such as laser headlights, Gesture Control, and Transparent Bonnet, amongst others. More interestingly, the new design concept reflects that the new Discovery range will be offered in multiple versions of the vehicle, as opposed to the single vehicle currently offered – thereby increasing the presence of the Discovery nameplate, and also increasing the product offerings of the Land Rover brand. These offerings will also include increased versatility in the Discovery range, with the seating options available in different guises of the car ranging from 4 seats to 7.
