Defender Pacific Blue Edition

If you enjoy surfing, Land Rover's unique edition based on the Land Rover Defender can be your travel companion along the Australian coastline. The Defender Pacific Blue Edition commemorates Australia's surfing lifestyle and features a bespoke Land Rover surfboard. It is restricted to a total of 15 units and houses a 3.0-litre inline-six twin-turbo diesel motor underneath its skin. It is important to keep in mind that the limited-edition model, which is based on the Defender 90 two-door, is exclusive to the Australian market. In India, the Defender is a popular model and comes in three variants - Defender 90, Defender 110, and Defender 130. According to industry reports, the SUV accounted for a considerable share of the brand's overall sales this year, with more than 1,000 deliveries.

The Land Rover Defender Pacific Blue Edition is an excellent option for surfers in Australia. However, before you purchase this limited edition, let's look at its distinguishing traits and other characteristics.

The limited-run off-roader has a matte Pacific Blue exterior paintwork that contrasts with a black roof railing and white roof. It sports a tailored Defender surfboard, a sliding panoramic glass roof, 18-inch steel wheels, all-terrain tyres, and other unique design elements. Moving inside you'll notice that the door panels and steering wheel have white contrast elements. Additional features include a white accent along the length of the dashboard and a Meridian Sound System. Potential buyers can also order a few accessories, such as locking wheel nuts, a side-mounted gear carrier, fixed side stairs, and a tow hitch receiver. The special edition will include a '1 of 15' insignia on each unit.

Mechanically, the special edition follows the Defender 90 with the D250 engine option. It includes a 3.0-litre twin-turbocharged Ingenium six-cylinder diesel unit that produces 570Nm between 1,250rpm and 2,550rpm and 245bhp at 4,000rpm.
