The Lamborghini Urus SE plug-in hybrid (PHEV) has finally arrived on our shores, priced at Rs 4.57 crore (ex-showroom). Lamborghini Urus SE: Powertrain
The heart of the SUV is hybrid, including a 4.0-litre twin-turbocharged V8 engine (which also powers the Urus S and Urus Performante) and an electric motor (integrated into an 8-speed automatic transmission), which employs a 25.9 kWh battery pack located beneath the cargo floor. The engine along with an electric motor makes an impressive 789bhp of maximum power at 6,000rpm and 950Nm of peak torque at 1,750rpm to 5,750rpm. Interestingly, the electric motor produces 189bhp and 483Nm, while the petrol mill generates 612bhp and 800Nm on its own.
The PHEV model claims to go from a complete halt to 100km/h in 3.4 seconds, which is 0.1 seconds faster than the Urus S but slower than the Performante. It has an all-electric range is 60 kilometres, and a top speed of 312km/h. The SUV features an all-wheel-drive system.

Lamborghini Urus SE: Interior and Features
The 12.3-inch center touchscreen, which takes the place of the 10.1-inch panel and is powered by Lambo's most modern software, is the most striking interior feature of the Urus SE. The SUV also has new switchgear and upgraded AC vents, and four new driving modes (Full EV Drive, Hybrid, Performance, and Recharge), in addition to the six Urus driving modes. The Urus SE also sports a new longitudinal electric torque vectoring system with an electro-hydraulic multi-plate clutch, which distributes the driving torque variably and continuously between the front and rear axles. It also works in tandem with the rear axle's new electronic limited-slip differential, providing an 'on-demand oversteer' to the vehicle.
