Lamborghini has revealed the most sports-oriented, fastest and most emotional series model in their range - the  Aventador LP 750-4 Superveloce - at the Shanghai Auto Show.

Limited to just 600 units worldwide, the new Aventador extensively uses carbon fibre to reduce its weight by 50 kg.

Power output from the V12 naturally aspirated engine has been increased to 750 bhp(close to F1 territory), resulting in a power-to-weight ratio of 2.03kg/bhp. The Superveloce accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.8 seconds before topping at 350 km/h.

Speaking at the launch, Stephan Winkelmann, CEO, Lamborghini said: ‘‘After the worldwide debut last March at the Salon de l’Automobile in Geneva, today we present here in Asia the Aventador LP 750-4 Superveloce. This new car represents the perfect combination of Lamborghini’s expertise in lightweight engineering and sophisticated technical features. The new Aventador LP 750-4 is the most exclusive, pure and emotional car in our current model range.”

2015 marks Lamborghini’s 10th anniversary in China and it remains as one of its most important markets for the Italian brand.
