The Ultimae is not only the last pure-petrol Aventador but also the most powerful Aventador ever!
Lamborghini has launched the Aventador Ultimae Coupe in India. It’s a bitter-sweet farewell as the Ultimae signifies the final pure ICE V12 in an Aventador. The model seen here is covered in Voila Pasifae paint options which is just one aspect of the many customization options that the company is providing to the customers. Globally, the Ultimae range will be limited to just 600 units with 350 allotted for the Coupe and 250 for the Roadster.
The Aventador has been posters in many bedrooms, and to dignify its status, Lamborghini has made the tribute model the most powerful of them all. Powering the car is a 6.5-litre V12 engine that delivers 760bhp at 8,500rpm and 720Nm of torque. This is the same powertrain that powers the Nurburgring record-beating Aventador SVJ variant.
The Aventador Ultimae comes with active push-rod suspensions for its racing prowess along with a four-wheel-drivetrain. The car is based on carbon fibre monocoque chassis that the company claims maintains a light body weight along with better driving dynamics.
The first-ever Aventador was introduced by Lamborghini at the 2011 Geneva Motor Show. After a long and popular run, the Ultimae proves to be a fitting farewell for the car. The company launched the Aventador Ultimae Roadster in India last month and since then two units of the car have already been delivered.
