Kia Syros Launched in India at Rs 9 Lakh
The Kia Syros is available in eight striking monotone colours—Pewter Olive, Aurora Black Pearl, Frost Blue, Intense Red, Gravity Grey, Imperial Blue, Sparkling Silver, and Glacier White Pearl.

Kia has revealed the pricing for its Sub-4m SUV, the Syros, after its debut in December and a recent appearance at the Bharat Mobility Expo 2025. The SUV is priced at Rs 9 lakh for the base HTK variant, and Rs 17.80 lakh for the top-spec HTX+(O) version. Bookings are currently underway for a token amount of Rs 25,000, while deliveries are expected to begin shortly. In the competitive sub-compact SUV market, the newly launched Kia Syros go head-to-head against the models like the Skoda Kushaq, the Hyundai Creta and the Tata Nexon. Here’s a detailed price list for the Kia Syros. Do note that the prices mentioned are ex-showroom, and the ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System) features come at an extra cost of Rs 80,000, which will be added on top of the price of the highest trim.

Kia Syros: Exterior and Interior
The design of the new Kia Syros takes cues from the bold and futuristic EV9, with a muscular and contemporary aesthetics. The front is dominated by blanked-out tiger nose grille, a sleek clamshell bonnet with the iconic Kia logo, and aggressive vertically stacked LED headlights paired with sharp LED DRLs. The muscular air intake further enhances its commanding look.

Moving to the sides, the Syros showcases stylish silver roof rails, flush door handles, and 17-inch wheels accented with black cladding. At the rear, the SUV stands out with its distinctive L-shaped taillights, a sporty integrated spoiler, and a shark-fin antenna.

The Kia Syros has leatherette upholstery that gives the cabin an upscale feel. Thanks to the tall-boy design, there is ample headroom and legroom. With 2,550mm of wheelbase, the SUV provides significantly more space compared to rivals like the Brezza, Venue, and Nexon. Rear passengers benefit from sliding and reclining seats, providing personalised comfort, and segment-first cooled rear seats (available in the base variant). However, the front seats also come with cooling for both the seat and backrest.

Features-wise, the Syros has a dual-pane panoramic sunroof, Type-C charging ports, automatic up/down windows, dual 12.3-inch displays, a two-spoke steering wheel with the Kia logo, a Harman/Kardon eight-speaker sound system and three terrain modes (Mud, Snow/Wet, and Sand).
Kia Syros: Safety
The Syros is equipped with an extensive range of safety features, including an electronic parking brake, ESC, ABS with EBD, six airbags, a 360-degree camera, TPMS, and Level-2 ADAS.
Kia Syros: Engine
Kia's new SUV offers two engine options for strong performance. The 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine produces 118bhp and 172Nm, with either a six-speed manual or seven-speed DCT. The 1.5-litre diesel engine delivers 114bhp and 250Nm, paired with a six-speed manual or automatic.

The diesel boasts a fuel efficiency of 20.75km/l with the manual transmission and 17.65km/l with the automatic. Meanwhile, the petrol version offers 18.20km/l with the manual and 17.68km/l with the DCT.
