The brand has sold over 1.5 lakh cars equipped with the connected tech, of which the Seltos claims the largest share. Also, Kia reports that the company has sold over 2 lakh units of Seltos (with and without the connected tech).
Since its launch two years ago, Kia has managed to sell 2 lakh units of the Seltos. The newly launched iMT variants of the Seltos have seen impressive traction, says Kia.
Kia has also managed to sell over 1.5 lakh cars with connected tech, with the Seltos claiming 78% of the total number. The Kia Sonet, on the other hand, contributed almost 19% to the total connected cars sold by the company in India. The Kia Seltos HTX, with the 1.5-litre petrol engine, has been the choice of most customers.
